50th Anniversary Celebrations
This fantastic club is 50 years old in November this year and we are planning a day of celebrations on Saturday 17th November.
The first team are at home to Capenhurst and we would love to see as many past players as possible down to watch the game (food will be provided) and the celebrations will then carry on throughout the evening.
Details are still to be confirmed but it will be a special day for the club which started in the Red Lion at Moore 50 years ago.
If you know any past players who won’t see this please pass the message on.
The Bogtrotters confirmed as the evening entertainment. They will be performing at approx. 6:30 & 8pm.
Are you coming? then please let us know, for catering purposes, by clicking HERE
More (Moore) details to follow……..
The Moore Rugby Club pantomime will be taking place in December.
It will be written & directed once again by Ian McCormack and many thanks to him for that. There are many things to do before the panto can take place. Ian will sort out the panto itself & rehearsals. We need volunteers on two counts.
1) To take part in the panto (don’t worry if you’ve never done this before, it’s a good laugh, ask those who have done it before), and,
2) To help with the organising/preparation of the panto (costumes, scenery, advertising, ticket sales, creating a program, etc.).
Can you help with any of this?
Contact Mike Butler, either directly or by phone or by email (details on the contacts page of this website).
It’s a great opportunity to have some serious fun as part of a great team whilst contributing towards raising funds which enable us to continue to provide the fantastic rugby facilities at the club
