Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) Details

Moore RUFC members are invited to attend an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of Moore RUFC (The Club) on Tuesday 22/08/2023 at 20:15. The EGM has been called by the Club Management Committee and Trustees following advice from our contemporaries and the RFU to consider an alternative operating model at The Club to reduce the risk of potential financial loss to the Management Committee and The Club Members; us all. A change, if approved, would replace the present Private Members club operating model to one of Company Limited by Guarantee. The proposal for consideration is to decide whether The Management Committee have your approval to progress with the motion as described. Steve Woollacott
