Moore RUFC

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Moore RUFC mobile application (the “App”).

1. Overview

The App is provided by Moore RUFC to support membership of Moore Rugby Union Football Club.

By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

2. Membership

• Membership is subject to approval by the Moore RUFC committee.

• Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.

• Membership status (active, pending, expired) is determined by the club.

3. Payments

Membership Fees

Membership fees are payments for participation in and access to Moore RUFC, including:

• Clubhouse access

• Participation in club activities

• Member benefits

Match Fees

Match fees are payable by players for each game they participate in and contribute to:

• Kit washing

• Post-match meals

• Club facilities

Payment Methods

• Payments may be made via the App or in person at the clubhouse.

• Payments in the App are processed securely via Stripe.

4. Refunds

Refunds are at the discretion of Moore RUFC and may be considered in exceptional circumstances.

5. Club Access and QR Code

• The App provides a QR code used for membership verification and clubhouse access.

• The QR code must only be used by the registered member.

• Misuse or sharing of access credentials may result in suspension or termination of membership.

6. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login details secure

• Ensuring your information is accurate

• Not sharing your account with others

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes

• Attempt to bypass security or verification systems

• Misrepresent your identity or membership status

8. Availability

We aim to keep the App available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Some features may be unavailable at times.

9. Changes to the App

We may update or modify the App at any time to improve functionality or comply with requirements.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• These Terms are breached

• Membership is revoked

• Misuse of the App is detected

11. Liability

The App is provided “as is”. Moore RUFC is not liable for:

• Service interruptions

• Loss resulting from misuse of the App

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
